Lusatian Style Eggs


All of these eggs were made by Jodi Smith, in the traditional Lusatian (also known as "Wendish" or "Sorbian") style of the ethnic Slavic people of eastern Germany.
These two pictures show eggs dyed with traditional natural dyes.  Jodi donated some of these eggs to the Texas Wendish Heritage Society Museum.
